OrienOS

From first call to paid invoice

CRM, quoting and invoicing, and a point-of-sale register — in one system, on one database, with your stock and your books.

CRM

Customers, leads and opportunities in one CRM. Click any customer's name, anywhere, to open their record.

  • Each customer carries their own terms, tax-exempt certificates, notes, and custom fields from a field catalog you define.
  • Find a customer or lead by phone number however it was typed — with dashes, without, or just the last seven digits.
  • Profit per customer: revenue, minus the real FIFO cost of what they bought, minus giveaways.

Quotes and invoices

Convert a quote to an invoice and the two stay in sync until the invoice is delivered or paid. Then it locks: paid documents freeze.

  • Build quotes with per-line price lists.
  • Any product or service line can carry a percent off. The list price and the percent are stamped on the line, so the invoice, quote and email print “15% off $12.65” today and on a reprint years later.
  • The discount survives conversion from quote to invoice.
The quotes list: four quotes with their contact, opportunity, status chips marking two as proposals, line counts, and a Convert button on each open quote
The invoices list with a year-to-date filter, and per-invoice actions including Mark paid and Send for fulfillment

Services and proposals

Quotes and invoices carry service lines — installation, consulting, a monitoring fee — each with quantity × unit price (the quantity can be hours), an internal cost, and a per-line “charge tax” box.

  • Services stay clear of stock, holds and fulfillment, and flow into totals, sales tax, commission, the GL export and customer emails.
  • A quote with a rich-text scope of work, or with service lines, shows as a Proposal with its own filter, and prints as a Proposal PDF with the scope above the price tables.
The services catalogue: barista training, a café layout consultation, espresso machine installation, a grinder burr replacement, a preventive maintenance plan and a water filtration setup, each with a description and price

Point of sale

A full-screen register with product photos, A–Z and type grouping, PIN lock, park and resume, save as quote, and a day summary.

  • Returns restock automatically, putting units back into the exact cost lots they came from.
  • Counter sales are taxed correctly, as in-state sales.
  • The register fits a tablet: in landscape, search, the photo grid and the cart all work by touch.
The point-of-sale register on a tablet in landscape: a product search with photo tiles on the left, and a three-item cart with a discount control, 8.25% tax, a $9,667.27 total and an Add customer to charge button on the right

Wholesale

A dealer program for wholesale between businesses on OrienOS: a dealer browses your catalog and orders, and invoicing flows between the two automatically.
